Scarlette is sure to melt any ones heart :) She is a 2 year old Pit bull Terrier. She was found by a woman on school grounds after having puppies and was brought to us. She was heartworm positive, but has since then undergone treatment and is ready for a home!
Very sweet little happy boy!! How adorable is this little man?? Henry is about 7 years old and is a rat terrier. He was brought to us by Alvin Animal Control in December 2014. He is house trained, loves to cuddle, and is such an amazing dog!
Sweetie was rescued by not only some awesome Houston Police Officers but also a previous adopter couple. She was found in an abandoned strip mall with her 5 puppies. They were saved just hours before a big storm rolled in. It took a few weeks of TLC but she has finally come around and loves to be hugged and kissed! She is about 1-2 years old and is a dachshund mix.
Sweet Pea was brought into the shelter during the latter part of 2014 by two of our dedicated volunteers. For almost a month, they tried to catch Sweet Pea as she wandered around their neighborhood. They gave her food and water and continued to try and get close to her, until one day they were able to catch her. Sweet Pea was scared, unsocialized, and had skin infections. She was treated successfully, spayed, and vaccinated and now she is ready to find her forever home. She is the sweetest dog and so thankful to be in a loving environment. Come by the shelter and see her today.
